Wild Hogz BBQ

BBQ tends to bring people together and serves as a bonding experience year-round.  It brings people back to their roots, providing a tasting experience that is often an escape from civilization and draws us closer together.  Established in March 2021, Wild Hogz BBQ serves the Oskaloosa area with mouthwatering catering and food truck options.  Owner and BBQ-extraordinaire, Jeff Anderson, grills up his wood-fired smoked meats with flavors of hickory, apple, cherry, and maple in a reverse flow smoker.
