Full Bloom Brewhouse is a microbrewery that works to create a connection between craft and community located in Oskaloosa, Iowa. We Serve a variety of core and seasonal beers brewed onsite. The location boasts a centralized seating area, 2 upper mezzanines and an outdoor patio. 

A successful candidate will be customer focused, quick on their feet, able to problem solve, time manage and is reliable. We work as a team so collaboration is key. 

As the Kitchen Lead you will be responsible for

• Daily food prep
• Kitchen set up for service
• Cook to order menu items on a rotational level - during high flow times the kitchen and the bar support each other with food service, beverage service and bar backing
• Able to recognize when to engage customers on the floor
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned - including but not limited to beverage prep, food prep, service area cleaning and restroom cleaning

Requirements to be compelted upon hire

• Food safety onsite training
• Serve Safe - not requried but will train the right person

Working conditions - required to stand for long periods - walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist and reach. Fast pace, fun environmnet focused on high customer service contact.

Growing Medical Clinic—Help Wanted 

Job Title: Office Assistant (Part-Time, 4–12 Hours/Week)

Location: Re:Generations, 214 S 1st St, Oskaloosa, IA 52577 (Across from the fire department) 

Reports To: Office Manager and Medical Provider

Schedule: Flexible; 4–12 hours per week

Opportunity: As the clinic grows, this role may expand into additional responsibilities.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our small, mission-driven team. This part-time role supports daily clinic operations through clerical work, inventory management, light cleaning, and general office support. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly and create a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

This role includes important tasks such as:

• Appointment scheduling
• Ordering vitamins and medical supplies
• Cleaning exam rooms and office spaces
• Sending and receiving confidential records
• Record keeping and phone support
• Assisting with marketing and communications

You’ll also participate in training and staff meetings to stay engaged and aligned with our clinic’s mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties (filing, scanning, organizing records, preparing materials)
• Keep the office clean and organized (tidying, surface cleaning, restocking)
• Order and manage office and medical supplies; track inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Assist the Office Manager and Medical Provider with administrative tasks and special projects
• Help answer phones and support patient communications
• Contribute to a peaceful, professional, and mission-driven atmosphere

Qualifications

• Organized, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Open to learning and feedback
• Absolutely committed to patient privacy and legal/ethical standards
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor
• Basic computer and office skills (Google Workspace experience is a plus)
• Prior office or healthcare experience is helpful but not required

Hours & Pay

• 4 to 12 hours per week (may grow with clinic needs)
• Flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay based on experience

Job Description

Looking for additional income?? We are looking for joining our staff in greeting and welcoming our guests at Bridgets while serving them with Unique and  Traditional Irish food and local homemade favorites. 

This position is for flexibility with lunchtime 11-2 with options Wednesday through Saturday available with some evening hours if desired. Additional staff needed asap!

Our waitstaff make above average base pay plus tips. We are locally owned and looking forward to a busy spring and summer in our beautiful downtown district.

Bridget's public House a unique eclectic gathering space has an immediate opportunity 4/15/25 for stay at home mom or someone who's home but wants to get out two or three times a week. We are looking for someone from 10:30 am-2 pm shift who would enjoy a moderate paced restaurant environment with wonderfully friendly customers. Experience preferred but a little techy is a must. Above average hourly wage plus tips.
