Oskaloosa Care Center
This facility opened in May of 2008 on the west side of Oskaloosa at 605 Highway 432. The Oskaloosa Care Center has room for 69 residents. There are 35 private rooms and 17 double rooms. "Horizon's West" is a 20-bed unit dedicated to those diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia. Each of those private rooms has a special memory box in the hall. A team of qualified staff members, dedicated to the compassion and care of the elderly, provide rehabilitation and nursing care for long and short-term needs.

Northern Mahaska Specialty Care
Northern Mahaska Specialty opened in 2007 with 63-beds as a nursing care facility in the North Hills area of Oskaloosa. In 2017 they had an addition bringing their bed count to 79 with 40 private rooms and 19 double rooms as well as 1 Hospice Room. In 2017 they also expanded their therapy department to better meet the rehabilitation needs of the community. Offering long term and short term care, Northern Mahaska is committed to celebrating life and helping those in their care live life to the fullest.
